Cirque Colors Icon Duos for Nordstrom Opening Ceremony Pop-In

Today I have three gift sets from Cirque Colors to share with you! The three gift sets are available through Nordstrom for their Icon Duos Opening Ceremony Pop-In and are available now through January 3rd. I have blogged about the Nordstrom Pop-ins before, but as a recap, these are only available for a limited time through specific Nordstrom locations (listed at the end) or online at Nordstrom.com. These three sets retail for $22 each and are a perfect small gift for a polish lover! Each set comes with one creme and one holographic, which makes them perfect for nail art.

The first set is Tangerine/Cobalt Blue which are named Tangerine Dream and Selvedge. Both of these were nearly one coaters, and were very easy to work with. They both have a bit of a thicker consistency to work with but are easy to control. I decided to do a plaid pattern here, the colors seem like they really wanted to be plaid. I haven't done much nail art lately, so I am a little rusty!

The next set is the Dusty Pink/Olive Green duo which are named Modern Muse and El Capitan. This duo is really pretty. I love the dusty pink! These had the same consistency as the last duo and were easy to work with as well. For these two, I decided to do a polka dot look.

The last duo is Mahogany/ Icy Blue which are called Oporto and Storm King. These two go together really well and it was really unexpected for me. I saw them in the package and though, this'll be interesting. When I started playing with them, I just loved them together! Storm King has a thicker consistency than all the others but if you apply carefully and aren't too heavy handed, you should be fine. Oporto was perfect. It really looks more red on the first coat but transforms into a rich red/brown. I decided to do a fine chevron for this look.
