Northern Star Polish Macbeth Collection Review!

Press Sample

Northern Star Polish is one of my favorite indie brands and I am so glad to be able to bring the MacBeth Collection to you today! This collection releases TOMORROW, so be sure to look out for that. I have Toil & Trouble, Hurly Burly, and Cauldron Bubble. I just posted about some cuticle oils she sent, one of which is releasing along with these polishes tomorrow, so be sure to check out that post!

First up is Hurly Burly. Honestly, I don't know the story of Macbeth, but I really want to read it now! I know it involves some witches though. This color is beautiful! It is a maroon color with scattered holographic glitter that dries semi-matte. It has a fantastic formula and only needed two coats. I love the Northern Star Polish brushes. They are flat and not too wide, which makes for really easy application.

Toil & Trouble is a gorgeous sage color with linear holographic polish in it. You'll see what I mean in the sun shot! I think this is a beautiful polish and I again, only needed two coats. It applies smooth and even every time! It also dries semi-matte.

Cauldron Bubble is an almost black green. It really reminds me of Butter London British Racing Green, but blacker. I am the type who appreciates the almost black look! If you don't like those, this may not be for you, but the green is a bit brighter in person than I was able to share in these photos. It dries a little more glossy than the other two but still semi-matte. I only needed two coats again and had a flawless application! Really a great color for fall!

I also created some nail art with these three, I will be posting separately about this but here is a preview:

I really love Northern Star Polish. I think it is a great value and wonderful quality! I love all three colors and think that they are all perfect for fall. I will definitely be wearing these colors more often before the end of the season! I highly recommend purchasing these! Tomorrow is when they release, so go check it out!

Northern Star is vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free, nut-free and toxin free.
