Cirque Colors has come out with another fabulous collection and I have it to share with you today! The Vice Collection consists of five neon cremes and one holographic top coat. These are so perfect for summer and perfect for my annual Neon Week later this month! I love Cirque Colors and I am so excited to share these.

I have a beautiful polish to share with you today! I have never tried Cirque before, but have been wanting to for a really long time! When I saw that Ipsy had Cirque on the list of samples that were to be an option in the monthly subscription, I really hoped to get it! Unfortunately, I didn't get it, but I found someone willing to trade a product for it! More information about Ipsy is at the end of the post. The Cirque came in a mini bottle, and not a full size, but it didn't disappoint. I layered one coat over Sinful Colors Black on Black and added a top coat.
