It seems exactly like a jelly formula to me, the only difference I can discern is that is may be a tiny bit sheerer. I think this would build up nicely and would be able to be worn by itself. It applied really nicely and I only used one coat for the effect above. What do you think? Will you be purchasing some of these Sheer Tints?

Swatch and Review of OPI Don't Violet Me Down (Sheer Tints)
Today I have a Sheer Tints shade to share with you! This came in my birchbox and I was excited to try it out. It seems like a buildable but sheer color, which basically sounds like a jelly, right? I swatched this over my last design of cherry blossoms. Below is a side by side comparison.
