Swatch and Review of Stardust Polish: Simply Mad

Happy Valentine's Day! Today I have a really fun polish to share! It is my first time using a thermal-color changing polish. This one is by Stardust Polish and it is called Simply Mad from her Alice in Wonderland Collection. I don't see this polish listed on her site right now, that may mean it is discontinued. I love Stardust Polish so much! Drema has such great and unique creations, I want them all! Simply Mad goes from a light pink to a hot pink color with many different glitters incorporated. The colors of the glitter remind me of the Cheshire Cat in the cartoon version of Alice in Wonderland.

Here it is in it's usual setting, warm from body temperature:

In transition and still wet from the cold water:

After full color change in *frigid* water:

What do you think? I like it a lot, but I do wish my nails were long enough to keep the tips hot pink! I layered Simply Mad over Color Club Endless, which is a pale pink color. I then added 3 coats of Simply Mad. I think Drema did a great job, I love this polish, I just wish it was more shifty! I had to get it really cold in order for it to change, but perhaps if we still had snow, I wouldn't have to worry about this. Thanks for reading!

  1. That's really cool the colour changes, I also don't have long enough nails for different colour tips :(

  2. It looks so cool when the color is different on the tips! Maybe one day!
