Palate Polish Nori Swatch and Review

Press Sample

Palate Polish is a new to me indie which is actually local for me! We are both in Portland, OR, so I was lucky enough to be able to pick this up from Ainsley in person. This is the first indie brand I know of in Portland, of course, there are others nearby but not as close. Palate Polish bases all of her polish names off of food, which is very Portland! We are sort of obsessed with food here. Nori is the one that I received for review. It is a really nice green which has more of a crelly texture.

I only needed two coats for full opacity. The first coat was streaky because of the crelly formula, but the second coat covered really nicely. The polish has such great control, I hardly had to do any clean up. I really appreciated the quality of the polish, and to top it off, it is five-free! I think this color is gorgeous and I really enjoyed the application. I highly recommend you check out this brand if you haven't already. I believe she has slightly different stock in each of her shops, so check out both! Hope you like this indie. Thanks for stopping by!
