Haute Mess from KBShimmer is a glitter bomb I have to share with you tonight! This was the other polish I received from the Winter/Holiday 2016 Collection that released November 1st, but is still available online. This is a heavy glitter packed with silver, copper, rose gold, and holographic glitters which makes you take a second look at this disco ball on your nails.
This glitter was actually a little difficult to work with. I had to use four coats for it to look opaque to my liking. I believe you could use this as a topper too, but it seemed a slight bit too thick for that. I think next time I will you the sponge method to apply this in order to avoid the bulk of so many coats.
Having said that, this is a pretty sparkly polish! If you like glitter, this is definitely for you. I love how there are different types of metallic glitter mixed, I have not seen that in any polishes that I have and I think it is awesome! This is great for those times when you can't decide between gold or silver, you have a great mix and do not have to choose. This was made for winter and the holidays, which is very appropriate. With all these dark evenings, I might need some more glitter in my life.
