Nail Art: Nailpolis Celebration

Nailpolis is a website that calls itself a museum of nail art. I haven't been the most active on it, but have dabbled here and there. Users are curators of their own museum's work, and you can follow other artists you like. They just rached 1 million followers on Facebook and are hosting a contest to celebrate! This is my design for the occasion! I used all Sally Hanse Insta-Dri products: Pronto Purple, Lightening, Blue-Away, Heat Flash, Rose Run, and Lickety-Split Lime. for my middle two nails I created a checkerboard design with all of these colors and added Pronto Purple over that. The pointer and pinky are simple polka dots!

I think this is a really fun way to brighten up a darker color, I think the mixture of colors is fun and unexpected! I hope you like it! You should check out Nailpolis, it is a interesting site that you can definitely get lost in. Thanks for reading!

  4. I will have to find you on there and follow you!! I'm on there as well but with all of the other social media outlets to share manis on, that one kind of gets left behind LOL. When I can remember I do though as they have fun badges on there to earn!! I love the combo you chose to do!! Reminds me of birthday party nails!! Good luck in the contest!

  6. Cute and colorful, I agree that brightens up a darker color. Someone else said Mardi Gras, and I get the same vibe...

  9. I've neglected it too! We will have to find each other! I need to update it more often. I agree, with all the social media outlets it is hard to keep up.
