Swatch and Review of Sinful Colors: Peppered Amazon and Let's Meet

Today I have two Sinful Colors polishes that I have swatched and reviewed for you. I have Peppered Amazon and Let's Meet. I think Peppered Amazon is a new summer color, but I don't think that Let's Meet is new. They are both bright, summery colors that stood out to me in the store and looked unlike anything else I had. Let's Meet (yellow) is up first.

Let's Meet kind of reminds me of a mustard color. It has a subtle shimmer in it and you can tell it isn't just your average yellow. This took three coats to smooth out. It is a little thinner than the usual Sinful Colors formula, but easy to work with.

Peppered Amazon is a teal green color with shimmers in it as well. I think the shimmers are more apparent in this polish than Let's Meet. I would almost call this a jade, but it pulls more green in person. This one was only two coats and applied really well.

I really liked Peppered Amazon, the color is one I generally gravitate toward. The shimmer is a little heavy for me, but I still love it. I love Let's Meet in the bottle, but on me, I'm not too sure it is very flattering. While I was wearing it, I was trying to decide if I liked it and I never came to a strong conclusion either way. I think this could look gorgeous on other skin tones, but it is just "meh" on me. Let me know what you think! Are there other Sinful Colors you have been meaning to try this summer? Let me know and I might just do a review for you. Thanks for reading!

  1. I like them both! I don't wear yellow often (or really ever) but I think I'd give this one a chance. :)
